I was a member of the Lucent NetCare Division. I began my career as an
individual contributor. Within six months I was promoted to Regional
Manager, a year later General Manager and a year later I was promoted
to
VP of Sales. My productivity was 10.5 million in 96', 22.5 million in
97', 42 million in 98', 150 million in 99' and 450 million in 00'. 35%
of my sales force was female. Dress code was business casual in the
office and suites at the clients. I worked from 7AM to 9PM most days
when I was in the office. The challenge was great, the monetary reward
good. All in all it was a very good experience.
