When I arrived for the personal interview I was sat infront of a computer and asked to redo my application so that it would be on the computer system. I then was given a loyalty survey, a trustworthiness survey and a psychological profile, all of which were done on the computer. After all of that was completed I was given a 15 minute face to face interview with the hiring manager and was told that a decision would be made the next week and I would be informed of their decision one way or the other. Needless to say I was never informed of the outcome of the hiring decision. I called the local Lowes where I had applied, after waiting for two weeks and was told that the position had been filled two weeks previously.
