The corporate culture is driven and is extremely fast paced in which
quality and very long hours (weekends included) are expected. Overall,
employees are very nice, however, too many are afraid to give feedback or
comment on poor treatment, working hours. The corporate headquarters is
extremely quiet and it's expected that one stay at one's desk through
lunch since a breakfast cart comes around in the morning.
There is very little advancement opportunities. It is a french company
that does not respond to employee grievances. If there is a grievance,
one is probably out of a job. It's reputation is world renowned, however,
the working conditions do not support positive, motivating efforts or the
good treatment of employees.
Attitude, if they don't like it, they can leave. Favoritism runs rampant
as well as nepotism since it's a private company.
