Lithia Nissan is a great place. The environment is very supportive and
team oriented. Even though we are commission employees they offer a
fantastic pay plan and benefits. The Management has been in the car
industry and offer a strong support and great training base for everyone
to be successful. The hours are long with several 12 to 14 hour days
depending on customer load. Since hired I have advanced within the
first year to internet sales manager from the floor. Dress code is
professional and also oriented to a team image allowing some individual
flexability.
