The interview process consisted of 2 or 3 phone interviews with a human
resource rep in Cleveland, and a face-to-face with the regional manager
in the territory where you apply. They have a sales competency test
that you take online, which is interesting to say the least. Of
course, most sales jobs that I have applied to have similar tests. My
interviews over the phone were very formal/cut and dry. My face-to-
face was the best opportunity to get MY questions answered regarding
the position (salary, bonus structure, etc.)
