Life Line Screening, as a Health Service Coordinator, is an excellent
company to work for. The training week in Cleveland was adequate
enough to give you an idea as to what you would need to do once you got
into the field. But just like any new job, I needed to just get thrown
into the fire for couple of weeks before I thoroughly understood! The
culture is very positive, as the company is experiencing tremendous
growth and success. The execs. in the company are very willing to
recognize successes, whether they are achieved by management, sales
personnel, or even call center employees. The communication structure
seems to be excellent, and nobody as far as I know has any difficulty
having issues addressed. Previous to working for Life Line Screening,
I worked for companies who only changed if the employees begged,
pleaded, and virtually protested for it. Life Line makes changes that
benefit its employees without the employees really initiating the
process. Their changes make you think, "Wow, that's a good idea...I
hadn't even thought of that!" This is a sign that they are a
progressive, forward-thinking and very employee friendly company.
