We see our stock whichis in the high 70's at 150 by 2007. Our business model and corporate culture set us apart from our competitors. We just need to build our public story and brand - we are still too hidden a secret. We often loose candidates from campus to some of our "big" competitors because their names carry more brand recognition. Employee morale is good and the Firm is really focusing on its diversity efforts which are changing this place every day. Lehman is a good place for women and minorities and we won best places to work for Gays and Lesbians recently. Our internal culture continues to be more inclusive. Cannot say enough good things about it.
