30,000 per year, one week vacation for the first three years, 2 weeks
vacation after 3 years, 3 weeks vactions after 10 years. 8 paid holidays
per year. Management Incentive bonus based on company performance. Stock
match and other stock options.
The biggest perk so far has been that I get to use the frequent flyer
miles, hotel points, etc, for my own personal use. So far I have been
able to buy the equivalent of $5,000 airline tickets, approximately, in
the 3?? years that I have been here.
