There are two rounds of interviews for canidates intrested in applying
for Leap. The 1st is with a Supervisor I, if he likes you, he will then
foward your application to the RSM, who is in charge of all Leap
operations in the sales department in the Phoenix area, who then decides
if you are Leap material. The questions are basic, How do you work with
others, yourself. How do you handle stressfull situations, where do you
see yourself in 3 years. What kind of changes do you think we sould make
and if you were in charge, how would you implement those changes. Can you
work any day of the week, are you willing to travel, and if so, how much
travel would you consider.
