Working for Leap is like working for any other corporate entity I have
ever worked for. I recieve 8 e-mails that say the same thing, just
fowarded from different people. I wear a leap shirt, and casual pants. It
is a 9-5 position with an occasional Saturday. It is an enourmous company
with tremendous oppurtunity for advancement. Every thursday there is an
IOS(Internal Opportunity System) Posting from Corporate sent via e-mail,
with opening in all regions, including corporate in San Diego. From there
we would just apply from that system and wait for an interview. I cannot
speak on other markets with in our company, but in the Phoenix Market, we
have a diverse goup of individuals. We have a large groupe of bilinguals
in our region, as we are not too far from Mexico. Meaning that we have to
adapt to a market that speaks spanish. We have employees from places
ranging from Puerto Rico, Cuba, Panama, Guatamala, and a large group from
Mexico.
