The overall outlook of our company is to grow with other competitors in
our field. We focus on gross adds, and how to reduce churn as per churn
is a giant revenue loss for Leap. Our goals over the past year
were:Recover from Chapter 11( November 04) Data Transfer Capable(
achieved July 03), add Camera's to our current inventory(achieved June
04) offer roaming as a package( Target Date March 05) Our local outlook
for the future in the Phoenix , Arizona market is not only gross adds,
but to expand the current area by 30 more square miles. right now we have
a temporary zone with what is called a CCOW( Cell Cite On Wheels) but it
is only a band aide, we will be adding permanant towers as soon as funds
are freed up by corporate.
