They are very, very cheap. The benefits are bad...very expensive (an
average of
$150/month personal donation, disability ect is extra not funded by
firm. Really
limited dental plan - only one option. 401k is good. You can donate %
50 of
your
salary. Only 17 vacation days a year (10 vacation, 7 sick personal).
One good
thing, you get 10 holidays instead of the usual 8. 3 weeks after 4
years of
service. They used to give 4 weeks after a certain amount of time but
they did
away w/ that so the max you can ever have now is 3.
