This Firm is absolutely the worst and most disorganized workplace I
have ever seen. Everything including the corporate attitude is
outdated. At L&P, you still have to call Partners Mr. Smith, Mr. Brown
and so forth. Raises were frozen for three years while Partners ate a
daily catered lunch with wine, coffee and desert served to them by a
chosen female paralegal. Dress code is casual. Hours are flexible
(for some). Those are good perks. This Firm has no diversity policy.
Discrimination is common place but usually not reported. Overall it is
a place of mediocracy and staleness.
