Because I was referred by a friend who knows someone that worked at
LMI. I had a short (1 hour) meeting with the Program Director and then
was called back a week later to have my "final" interview. I meet with
6 folks, starting with the HR recruiter. I spent 30 minutes with 4 co-
workers and ended the interviews with the Vice President. The 4 co-
worker interviews were almost identical and the questions were
concentrated on whether I had any experience with some of their clients.
