Culture is very strong. Very supportive. Marketing "classes" come in
together and remain very supportive of one another through first three
years. Very strong internal advancement potential. Almost all senior
marketing positions filled internally. Dress code is causual adding to a
somewhat informal enviroment. Very loose work styles, but often long
days. Average about 55 hours / week. Very flexible hours. Can work
early, late, weekends, from home... whatever you prefer. Judged on
getting the work done (and there is quite a bit of it). Fairly
empowering enviroment. Even Associate Brand Managers often have
ownership of major new product launches etc. Normal career track is ABM
for 3 years, Brand Manager for 2 years, Brand Director for 2 years,
Category director for 3-6 years ... VP.
