I was hired under market. Within two years I was made competitive with
others
preforming at "peak levels". Bonuses at the time were based on a
formula that
took into account placements and "completed searches" which was defined
as
2/3rds
of the fee collected. My first full year with the firm I received a
bonus of
$40,000 plus. It calculated out to the penny solely based on my
quantative
preformance. FY00 through FY02 were very challenging years and bonuses
at the
SA
and CP level were little if anything. SCP were bonused based on
billings.
