I had a fairly unique interview process in that I only interviewed with
two people. The partner I was going to work for and the Office
Managing Director. Because I was a research associate at another major
firm, there was a comfort level regarding my understanding of what the
business was. They liked me because I was hungry and wanted to prove
that I could do it.
There were no unique interview questions. It was really more about
getting to know who each other was and if we liked one another.
