I think the business is strong and will continue to grow. KFI has a
distinct advantage with it's systems and technology. They have always
tried to lead the industry in new approach and technology. Sometimes
it work and sometimes it didn't. The company is not risk adverse if
there is a strong business case behind a proposition.
KFI has ventured into technology driven assessments and more junior
search. The core search business is still the cash cow and there are
varying opinions as to where KFI should focus it's attention.
Employee morale is better now that the economy is coming back. My
experience was that search is a terrible job when you don't have a good
search load or a light search load and at it's best when you are
running at max.
