Ansering an add in the Local newspaper. Called for an Interview.
Personal interview with Adminstrator,consisted of a partical list of
duties also the present DON was invited in and introduced it was
explained to me thet she would be here for another month and that she
would show me the roaps. "On the Job Training". Qulifications for the
position was to be a Board Certified RN I was given a tour of the
faclity introduced to other staff as the new DON if I accepted the
position. I was given a quote on the salary and the end of the year
bonus that was given. Accepted, Hired. Thats was the entire process.

Are you willing to go to another facility to train?
Can you be assertive?
Do you have a problem with giving orders?
