My last interviews was very strait forward after and I on the spot with
the condition you pass the back-ground checks, once in awhile some of
the better ran centers will do a working interview where you go into
the classroom and interact with the children for an hour, this is only
used to see if you think you can handle it, it is not to rule you out
as a canidate. Since I was transfering this was not a regular
interview but other staff was hired in the same mannor that had
applied. On the spot is not uncommon you are told it is conditional
with a clean back ground. My very first interview in 1990 was conducted
the same way and I was hired on the spot and ask to start the next day.
