The first four years was great, the area manager was supportive,
communicative, and around consistently. However, when the company was
talking about Knowledge Learning Corporation merging, everything
changed. Even before the deal had been made, people in the corporate
office were leaving, everyone began acting scared. Each director in the
field would get about five e-mails daily telling us to watch the labor.
It became very stressful, my area manager also changed, and became a
very different person. Nervous, worried about everything. I could not
see myself working in an environment that became so stressful in such a
short while. I wondered how things would be when the new company
actually took over, so I gave my resignation, for my sanity sake.
