This company has had great difficulty over the last 4 years with the
latest take over, the staff at all levels in the centers have
At-Will-Employment, this is to help kindercare to avoid all liabilty of
law suits it is common practice to fire assistants, teachers, directors
at a moments notice, at the will of the legal department and distric
managers if they feel like a parent will sue and is also used as a
barganning tool to keep parents from suing, "we will fire the teacher
and director if you sign a wavier of liability to kindercare"
Investigations are often not conducted, it saves time, money and, bad
press.
