The hiring process was quite typical. There was one round of
interviews followed by a tour of the facility. Interviews were
conducted by the V.P. of R&D, V.P. of Operations, HR manager, and owner
of the company. One specific question of note was asked by the HR
manager: "How many sick days do you usually take in a typical year?"
Apparently, they have problems with people taking too many sick days,
but they only give an allowance of 3 max. sick days for the whole year!
