Salary is based solely on commission. If you do not sell a property,
you will
not make any money. There are several commisson programs with your
company. My
commission is based on 3% of the sales price of the property. Of that
3%, my
broker will take anywhere from 25-50% of that 3% depending upon my
production in
the last year. However, support is provided, such as free long
distance to
clients, free copies and fliers, half of my advertising for most
properties, less
expensive errors and ommissions insurance, etc.
