$35K base + commission. Will be given initial incentive/commission of $400 plus
base for first 4 months. If beat initial, will receive higher amount. Given
expected 1st yr of $40-$50, will be exceeded. Paid every two weeks with
commission paid out at end of month.
Eligible for benefits immediately. Health okay with premium being about $80 per
pay period (prescriptions are through Medco which are very inexpensive).
Includes dental. 401K is poor - no company match provided until at least 3
years
with company. Tuition reimbursement available but maxes out at about $2K per
YEAR and is scaled according to grades. Depending on when start in calendar
year, will have either 1 or 2 weeks of vacation. Laptop provided, phone is
reimbursed at .12/min, and NO COMPANY CAR even though driving is extensive.
Many
corporate discounts through companies like Dell, Ford, GM, etc.
