Phone interview consisted of what know about specific Kelly division (must have background in that field), any industry information that is known, and general discussion about qualifications. Two days later invited to meet salesperson. Interview lasted approx. 1hour and involved filling out application, reiteration of phone interview, and more specifics about how can contribute, career goals, type of environment like to work in, and specifics about how sell (what kinds of call/appt goals have, how get past gatekeeper, etc.). Called next day to interview several days later with both regional manager and recruiter. Both asked almost identical questions as before. Given offer 3 days later. Took approximately 3 days to negotiate salary and had to wait for drug and background tests before beginning.
