I interviwed with my Temporary agent from Kelly services which inlcuded
basic work ethic related questions as well as previous work related
experience. Most IT workers who have been in the business for a minimum
of 5 years can easily talk over the heads of recruiters for Temp
services as I did. The questions deal more on a Human resource levels.
Most tend to back away or assume you are knowledgeful when using
nomenclatures like AS/400 CICS OR CA7. Explaining its use supercedes
their knowledge. As a result I used it to my full advantage!

Round 2 is the employer themselves who ask direct related questions of
how to deal with issues such as a maxed CPU, types of program abends.
And How to use various applications such as IDMS or CICS.
