Indeed it was a good experience to have such a competitive interview for
a medium scale Retail outlet. There was 3 rounds of interview with the
owner himself before that it was a technical person as Weightage of
Computer literacy and internet awareness was the primary requirement,
then it was the General Manager who is responsible for the entire
organisation's responsible head. as it is a Cash base business MIS is
compulsory on daily basis. Interview had a much deeper time when it came
to full awareness of computer literacy like which computer programs i am
aware of and literacy about the hardware and software trouble shooting.
