Responsibilities : Maintaining online Accounting & Inventory
Data Administration for preparing all accounting reports from
invoicing to final accounts with audited balance sheet.
Presenting Daily, Monthly, Quarterly MIS
Reports. Maintaining Inventory inward/outward Control and dealing with
banking & other financial aspects. Controlling Accounts pertaining to
Suppliers and other related accounts.
As a professional accountant, work load from Order processing
(Purchase/Sales) upto finalisation of audited Balance Sheet is the
speciality. Payroll, Taxations. As a data entry operator I can work at a
speed of 300 CPM with majority Software awareness, required for any
commercial organisation. Awareness in Computer Software and Hardware
with almost all types of computers, Internet (dial-up and Cable) and e-
mail processing, Scanning, Working with Bar Code Reader and Bar code
Scanners, working with LAN Network (HUB and BNC both types of
connections), Data collection and processing, TALLY Accounting package
6.3 version is the major speciality, MS-OFFICE, MS-ACCESS, Foxpro,
Dbase, user-end Programming skill, Multimedia (Photoshop, Flash, Audio-
Vedio, etc.).
