Job Title Salary Survey
Human Resources Representative Kaiser provides new employees with an hourly salary rate of about $14.42. When I left Kaiser of January 2004 I was making $15.91 per hour. Kaiser base the yearly increases on performance evaluations and the percentages are somewhere between 1% and 16% if you're lucky. An employee gets about 16 hours of PTO (Paid Time Off) per month for the first 4 years and it increases 8 hours every 4 years of employment. Kaiser provides tuition reimbursement after 6 months of employment. It varies depending on if you're a full-time or part-time employee. For a full-time employee one gets up to $2,000 in reimbursement per calendar year. For a part-time employee they can receive up to $1,000 per calendar year.
