Approximately $76K, plus bonus that could equal up to 10% of my salary.
Full reimbursement for mileage and business expenses. 401K where
company put in
5% if you put in at least 2%--fully invested immediately. Self-managed
account
within choices, manged by Vanguard.
Annual performance reviews. EXTREMELY detailed evaluation grid which
took into
account the number of projects you managed, the impact on the
organization (how
big, or "important") they were and your role in the outcome. This was
NOT
typical of the organization, but just to our department. Required
evaluations
rank you from 1-5. Depending on where you are, that determined the
range of
salary increase you were eligible for as well as what range opf bonus
you were
eligible for.
You received, I believe, two weeks of vacation plus hoidays immediately
upon
hire, although the vacation time may have been accrued over time. You
could
carry over unused vacation time. Sick leave and vacation were combined
into a
single pot referred to as ETO (employee time off), but on yoru time card
(even
salaried employees filled them out) you would indicate whether you were
taking
the time for vacation or sick leave.
Laptop computer and all mobile accessories provided, with reguar updaes
to
software as well as hardware.
Company loaner cars were available for use on limited basis with advance
request. Some upper management did receive cars and/or gas. There was
a gas
fill-up station in the parking ot for a while, but this may have been
discontinued.
Cell phones and pagers were provided if needed to perform job and
approved.
Any meeting over the lunch period that included a physician as an
attendee was
required to have food.
