3 or 4 rounds of interviews. First with a Personnel recruiter, then with
theperson who would ultimately become my boss. After that, I interviewed
with thatperson's boss, as well as 3 physicians that I woud be working
with, as well as a department manager.
I was coming back intot heorganization after having been gone for a short
period time, and into a part-time position. I was asked point blank if I
fet that I would be able to successfully transtion from being in a
management position (my prior job) to that of more of an analytical job.
I was also asked what I would do if I discovered that significant
operational decisions had been made based on data that i discovered to be
wrong.
