My salary was $88,000. No signon bonus. I understand the firm offers
25 days
of vacation per year, and 8 holidays. My salary was disappointing and I
have
good information that at a competing firm, a person with my experience
(about 8
years in my vertical) and a MBA from my school could expect about $95-
100k
starting package.
I understand that the middle of the road bonus this year will be about
8% of
salary and about 4-5% salary increase. I could be off by a couple of
percentage
points, but I think I'm in the ballpark on this one.
