Current Salary: $95K
When I interviewed I had 6 years of industry experience and a master's
degree. From what I can tell I am on the high side of the salary curve.
I don't anticipate a significant raise when I become manager.
Health insurance amounts to less than $1K a year. There are many options
for health care but the employee pays most of it. No matter what the
Europeans and other Socialists do, this is a great idea. Pay high salary
with low health benefits, that way you can chose how much coverage you
want.
5-6 weeks of vacation but they count against your chargeability. So keep
your billable up and you can party in the Caribbean on vacation for
free... just cash in some frequent flier miles and spend some hotel
points!
