The hiring process was fine except that I was lied to relative to
direct entry Partnership. I was told I would be paid as a partner and
treated as such. I was in fact paid as a partner, but whatever I did
relative to performance didn't matter regarding election. THe Vice
Chairman flat out told me that I had to sell 10-12 million two years
in a rowto be elected. This dispite that fact that KPMG partners
averaged less than 2 million in annual sales. In 4+ years at KPMG I
sold over 18 million.
