All interviews were handled in separate phone calls, and all interviews were by phone. Surprisingly, the interviews were all fit interviews. In one interviews, the interviewer began by asking what happened to my college football team. We had a good laugh over that one, then he asked me questions on my experiences. Very informal. All the other interviews went the same way. Just fit questions. No case questions were asked.
