I had a phone interview with an HR type of person. Two days later I had
a phone interview with a managing partner. The next day the partner's
secretary called me and arranged for me to fly to one of the regional
KPMG offices and do a face to face interview. The face-to-face interview
was very relaxed. I think they the decision to hire me was already made
and the in person interview was to make sure I didn't have two heads and
could look them in the eye and talk.
I was made an offer about a week after my face to face. They were in a
hurry and asked me to start 14 days after the offer was issued.
