Working for the employer was just that...working for the employer. You
could not contact any client unless each practice partner apoproved.
This often times was 3-5 Partners. This process was in place so as to
insure each Partner could take credit for success. In one instance, I
sold a multi-million dollar project, I later found out that a European
and USA based Partner had "split" the credit. The culture was the most
self serving ever imagined. Partners treated subbordinates as serfs.
In numerous Leadership meetings I witnessed down right lies to be told
to subs. in order to protect revenue flow for the Partner. Every
Partner is out only for themselves...
