As a public accounting firm that also provides businss risk services
(internal audit outsourcing, etc.) there is a significant potential for
increased sales. However, if senior management does not begin to focus
on client services, and delivering quality work that has already been
sold, it will eventually erode reputation. The best clients are repeat
clients, and clients will not engage the firm for additional work if
they are not happy with the results of our engagements. There is a very
strong product offering which will help, however, employee morale,
especially at the senior level has been a problem for the past 18
months.
