KPMG LLP exists today for two reasons: 1) Anderson got caught first and
2) the government will not allow another large accounting firm to go
under if for no other reason, market share consolidation and the
publics faith in the market place's ability to police itself. KPMG
LLP's weakness is the total lack of executive leadership. There simply
is none. Honesty is dramitically lacking as well. Should you want to
join KPMG as a first job to learn...ok, remembering that negative
leadership is a greater learning tool than you can imagine.
