MIG Welder Johnson Controls was a good place to work, years ago. Gradually they started to get to many chiefs and not enough indians. Things at Johnson Controls has changed so much through the years. You can't come in to work without someone in your business or worrying about losing your job or getting wrote up. I think we are all adults here and we don't need babysitters watching us all the time. Some of the boss's are so rude to the employee's it makes me sick, and the rest are really good people. If I had to choose between boss's it would be JP Graham, Dewayne Gann who was recently fired for no reason, Keith Ingram, Ozzie Webb group leader, Danny Green, those people I just mentioned are really honest people. You would think they would fire the trouble makers or the noisy men and women who are in everyone's business all the time. I know some girls and guys got it made as far as kissing butt or lieing on innocent employees to try to make them look good. What I have always said is "WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND." I think Johnson Controls needs some major manager attitude adjustment, there's real good workers that have gotten layed off or fired because of irrelvent actions. Some boss's are not even there all the time and some may be in a closet, across the street, or even in the quality room layed up with some worldly women or man. I guess you pretty much could wear what ever you wanted to, the hours sometimes were long and hot, and that's all I got. Also the stove foundry were many employees work, is so nasty and hot and cold, it has no heat or air and still has the lead based paint on the walls. Alot of people become ill and they send them back to the main plant, to cover there butts. I think the stove foundry should be condemend because it is so old and full of asbestis, and huge cob webs hanging from the ceiling.
