I asked for one week vacation without pay and they gave me one week with pay. When it came time to take my vacation without pay they told me I could not because they could not afford to have me gone. There were no other perks or reimbursements, bonuses, stock options or merit pay. They did pay overtime when it was approved prior to being worked.
