When I first was hired in 2000, Iwas offered $25k, so there was definately improvement. At first, there were steady raises and a once yearly bonus, but that has changed. Since the IPO the company does not have the financial flexibility to offer raises on a regualr basis--even to deserving employees. Basically, if the overall numbers don't add up, raises aren't granted.
