I started out with them making 25k a year. I left for a short time, and
when I
came back they brought me in at 36k. When I letf I was making 42K
Bonus changed on a drop a hat. It seemed that if they though they we
going to
have to pay out a large sum (CORP MGT EXCLUDED) they would change they
program.
When they did have a set program it was very tough to makje any kind of
money.
Vacation pay was not bad. After ny 8+ tyears I had 4 weeks paid time.
We use to
carry it over, or if you resigned you would get paid, this is no more.
They keep
taking away any perks or benifits we had to help them become more
profitable. 401
k prgoram was also not bad.
