Job Title Business Outlook Survey
Store Team Leader This company use to be a fabric company. They have grown to be like Hobby Lobby and Michaels. The customers would always complian about the poor selection, quality, downsizing, and the lack or out of stock of merchandise. With all the constraints they have imposed I feel that the moral is or has not been good for a lot of years. Many managers want to change but are afraid to. Like I said I did enjoy very much what I did, bur it became where it was only a job and a paycheck. Our recieving system had improved, but they wanted it to run like a K-Mart, Wal-Mart, ECT, but id would not in most stores. All the stores did the best they could. I feel that that if they do not improve moral, fabric, and payroll hours they will not fair well in the future. They want to expand in all the SUPER stores and downsize or close the saller traditional stores, the ones taht are still making them money, not like the super stores.
