The salary is bases on a per hour income. Starting wage is slightly
higher than
minimum but increases quickly with consistant performance etc. There is
a three
month probationary period when you do not recieve benefits as is typical
with
most jobs. After your probation you will sit down with the manager and
do an
assesment. If you have been a good employee you will get a generous
raise! I
was surprised at how much more my wage was after my assessment! THe
company is
very generous with good employees. There is also a benefits package
that you can
get after your probation for health and Dental. There is a Christmas
bonus and
there is also a profit sharing program which means everyone gets a
cheque for X
amount of the profits every four months!
