After filling out the application, you met with the Program Director.
You were asked a series of questions. One thing interviewers want you
to tell them about yourself. The easiest way to start a on the spot
converstaiton is to speak about your college eduacation where you went
and your major. Next tell the employer what your wants, and
expectaitons are of the job. Tell of past employees if you worked
while
in college. Go on the internet (if you can) and find out about the
company and prepare questions (mental questions) to ask the employer
about the position you are interested in. BE ON TIME!! 10-15 min to
fill out the application (if necessary). Dress for an interview
business suit (male/female) dress very conservative. Bring an extra
copy of your resume and smile. Speak clearly,dont use slang terms.

eye contact. Don't dicuss money because it tells an employer that you
are only interested in the money not a career with the company or
advancement only dicuss money if the employer offers the job to you and
if the starting salary is x amount, if you like the job take it
bacause
afer your 3 months grace period and review you will most likely get and
increase in salary and possiblely a promotion.
