Very poor DePere office management. Political black hole in DePere
Wisc office.
Rely on several main clients to float the office. Management has very
arrogant attitude towards employees and there value to Jacobs as a
whole. Other Jacobs offices are ran much differently. DePere office
tried to be diverse without success. Male dominated group of managers
with the buddy system firmly in place. 4 1/2 day work week was
tolerable. Dress code was professional yet casual. If you work within
the proper management circles you could go far. For the location of the
office pays well if you can stomach the management tactics. Job
stability is not there strong point for engineers.
