Salary levels vary depending upon the position (engineer, technician,
assembly,
qc, etc) and vary greatly. As a general rule JDS pays very well for
their
people
and are highly competitive. It does seem that when you fill out your
desired
salary range on the application that the company will offer you in that
range
you
request, even that places you at the low end of the scale for the
position you
are applying for they will not adjust or inform you that the majority of
personnel in similar positions in the company are paid higher than you
request
