The atmosphere for the company is casual for the production and lab
areas and business dress for front offices, sales, etc. The company
offers medical and helath benefits, 401K with partial matching, and a
discounted stock purchase plan. Vacation time accured is based upon
length of service, there are ten holidays per year of which two are
floating and picked by the employee. Hours vary somewhat depending upon
the department and responsibilities of the employee. Diversity is wide
spread with race, sex, religion, nationality, etc with zero tolerance
for discrimination. Although there is advancement opportunity it seems
that more management is hired from outside tha company than from within;
this causes some problems since leadership has no experience or
background with a complex and technical tunig and testing process
